I am a self-taught 2D and 3D artist. Mainly focusing on 2D. Sometimes I also do VR art, clay models and traditional art.
I enjoy drawing my ocs and fanart for various media! My artstyle is rather inconsistent but I have accepted that fact at this point.

ART COMMISSIONS
WHAT WILL I NOT DRAW?
Please ask if you are unsure!
• Complicated robotic designs/complicated clothing
• Characters/designs and art that would be in any way hateful towards a group of people (I am ok with drawing characters which might include hate in their stories, if done respectfully) or controversional (especially when it comes to fanart)
• Extreme gore, or candy/"fake"/spilling organs kind of gore (note extreme, i draw gore otherwise)
• NSFW or fetish art (I am willing to draw suggestive or artistically nude art)
• Stolen characters/copied designs/copycat and non-official CS charactersWHAT WILL I DRAW?
• Everything else! Includes your characters, your friends' characters or fanart of fictional characters (animated or played by real people)
• I'm willing to draw real life pets and people, BUT it is not something I typically draw, might be better to commission somebody who focuses on that instead :)

• I automatically assume that all customers under 18 have parental permission to commission me. I won't accept refunds if your child "bought this without my permission".
• Customer will NOT receive anything physical such as a package through mail nor a tracking number.

2D COMMISSIONS
General
• I have the right to decline any commission for any reason
• I will take up to 1 month per artwork! UNLESS other factors such as problems with health or school occur, if they do, customer will be notified about it!
• Finished commission will be a digital png file, that will be emailed or sent through social media to the customer, NO PHYSICAL SHIPPING IS INVOLVED!
• I take payments after rough sketch has been approved - this rough sketch might not be used for the final artwork, it is done to see if I am able to draw requested character/topic!
• Customer will be updated with secondary sketch and should be able to respond within 6 days to confirm, I will only move on with the commission after confirmation
• If customer takes too long, I get another month to finish the piece
• If customer fails to respond within 2 months after payment, your commission is voided, and no refund will be issued.Payment
• payment currently only via paypal! - EURO (€) ONLY!!
• payment in full is required upfront after the rough sketch has been approved!
• payment should be done through invoices only, unless specifically stated otherwise!
• Do NOT send payments before I confirm the commission/if my commissions are closed. Unsolicited payments may not be refunded.
• Any great changes will come with an extra charge after commission is done.Refunds
• Refunds will NOT be issued after the secondary sketch is approved, unless I am unable to complete the commission.
• I can cancel and refund (50-100% depending on the progress of the commission) customer's commission at any time, they will be however informed ahead as to why and it can be further discussed.
• Chargebacks will result in (for example but not limited to) a permanent ban from my services, posting the customer’s username publicly for other artists, as well as ignoring any possible wishes for the customer’s commission to not be posted publicly.Usage policy
• I retain full copyright over all commissioned works. This includes the right to post, use in portfolios, and promote my services using the commissioned piece.
• I will however respect customer's request to not publicly post their commission.
• I cannot reuse or resell any finished art done for a customer, I can however reuse rejected or unused sketches.
• Unless otherwise discussed, all commissions are for personal use only, and must not be used commercially! (This means: You may use the artwork as an icon, print it for yourself, or display it on your social media with credit. You may NOT profit from the artwork (e.g., selling prints, using it on merchandise, book covers, etc.)!)
• My art may NOT be used under any circumstances as an input for AI generators or for AI training, or crypto and blockchain related productions such as NFTs!
• Customer MUST credit me as the original artist! (if posted on toyhouse, credit my toyhouse)Any of these statements can be changed if discussed with me prior to the commission! If you, as the customer, do not understand any of these statements or have any other questions, you are free to ask me!
ADOPTABLES
Same TOS for both art offers and money offers - characters received for art can still be sold, but keep in mind to not go too much over the top with the price.General

• You can always return my design for free back to me.
• Chargebacks will result in (for example but not limited to) me revoking the design from you, reselling it to somebody else and banning you from getting any more of my commissions and designs, as well as posting your username publicly for other artists.Trading and reselling
• You can trade or gift any of my designs.
• You can resell my design - the basic rule is original price you paid + the value of all art with the design. But I know people can get attached to designs without using them too much (I do that-) thus this is not a strict rule and you can resell my designs for higher amounts HOWEVER if I catch you repeatedly buying my adopts and then selling them for ridiculously higher amounts without seeming to be actually attached to them, you will be BANNED from getting my adopts again!Usage policy
• You may modify the design however you wish, but I must be credited as the original designer.
• You MUST credit me as the original designer! (if posted on toyhouse, credit my toyhouse)
• I cannot reuse or resell any of sold adopts, I can however always make similar ones (for example with the same palette or same looking creature).
• Unless otherwise discussed, my designs are for personal use only, and must not be used commercially! They can however be used for indirect commercial purposes, such as using the design as your mascot and including it on your merch etc., please discuss with me beforehand though!

Step by step process for commissioning me
Hello! As a person with social anxiety I always stress over anything that isn't explained to me properly, so I decided I will include this step by step process for any folks with similar struggles!• I will post on any of my social media - twitter, instagram, on discord servers and/or toyhouse if my commissions are open
• I will state the price and number of available slots + other info in the description of these posts! Read carefully!
• You will need to comment/send me a DM on said social media saying something along the lines of "I am interested in a commission!"
• If you are chosen you will be requested to describe what you'd like me to draw and send me reference sheet for your character. This sheet should be clean without shading or textures so that I can colorpick the character's colors!
• I will do some test sketches to see if I am able to draw the character, then I will make a rough sketch - THIS ROUGH SKETCH MIGHT NOT BE USED IN THE END!
• I will ask you to approve of this rough sketch
• If you don't approve I will try few more times until I run out of ideas, if I run out of ideas and none of my ideas get approved by you, I will have to decline your commission!
• If you approve of one of my rough sketches I will ask for your paypal email adress
• I will send you an invoice on paypal with the amount of money (in euro!) needed to be paid upfront for requested commission type
• This should pop up on your paypal front page, you pay the money
• I will start working on secondary cleaner sketch/lineart, if I get any better ideas than the original rough sketch I will make these directly into cleaner sketch
• After I'm done I will again ask for approval from you
• If approved I will proceed on with the commission, if not approved I once again will try different sketches
• If you don't approve any of them, I will cancel the commission and refund you PARTIAL amount - because I already spent a lot of time doing the sketches
• After this secondary sketch has been approved I no longer provide refunds unless I am unable to finish the commission for any reason
• You can request more updates and I will provide!
• Within a month I will send you back on the social media the finished piece
• If you requested too many changes thorough the commission progress I might ask for some additional payment from you
• Once everything's solved I will ask where should I sent you the artwork (for higher quality i recommend email or google drive)
• I will send you the artwork!
